AM HOF 8 ist Wiens erster Private Members Club, der seinen Mitgliedern die Räumlichkeiten einer gesamten Immobilie mitten in der Stadt exklusiv zur Verfügung stellt. Abseits des Wiener Stadttrubels und doch in zentraler Lage können sich Mitglieder und ihre Gäste in vertrauter und diskreter Atmosphäre zurückziehen. Den Mitgliedern stehen 3 Bars, 2 Restaurants, 1 Nachtclub, Meetingräume, CoWorking Spaces, 5 private Hotelzimmer, ein Schanigarten sowie eine Dachterrasse zur Verfügung. AM HOF 8 wird ein Ort zum Netzwerken, Genießen, Feiern, Weiterbilden und Horizont erweitern. Ein Social Retreat!

Unsere Mission ist es einen Club nach Londoner Vorbild mit alpiner Kulinarik und Gastlichkeit auf höchstem Niveau zu zelebrieren und die vielseitigen Wünsche unserer Kund_innen abzudecken. Ein vielschichtiges Gastronomiekonzept von der Tagesbar im Erdgeschoss über einen aufs beste reduzierten Nachtclub bis hin zum Fine Dining in historischem Ambiente bietet Wiens erster Private Members Club.

Vollzeit ab sofort Arbeitszeit nach Absprache

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Betreuung und eigenständige Verantwortung einer Servicestation

* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs während des Service in enger Abstimmung mit dem Team

* Fachgerechtes Servieren von Speisen und Getränken auf hohem Niveau

* Professionelle Gästebetreuung - von der Begrüßung bis zur Verabschiedung

* Verantwortung für Mise en Place im zugeteilten Bereich

* Einhaltung und Überwachung von Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards

* Sorgsamer Umgang mit Gläsern, Geschirr und sämtlichem Betriebsequipment

* Teilnahme an regelmäßigen Service- und Teammeetings

* Laufende Weiterentwicklung der Fachkenntnisse (Wein, Cocktails, Spirituosen, Produkte)

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Fachausbildung in der Gastronomie/Hotellerie bzw. Tourismusschule

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Servicebereich von Vorteil

* Sie sind serviceorientiert, zuverlässig und behalten auch in hektischen Situationen Ruhe und Übersicht

* Ausgeprägte Leistungsbereitschaft, Qualitätsbewusstsein und Detailgenauigkeit

* Kommunikationsstärke, gepflegtes Auftreten und Freude am Umgang mit Gästen

* Teamplayer mit einem respektvollen und professionellen Miteinander
