Pour une société active dans la construction, nous recherchons un Chef d’équipe opérationnel en montage d’échafaudages pour la région de Liège, capable de contribuer avec précision, expertise et souci de la sécurité à la réalisation efficace et qualitative de projets d’échafaudage.

En tant que chef d’équipe opérationnel en échafaudage, vous êtes responsable de la coordination et de l’exécution des travaux sur nos différents projets industriels. Vous apportez également votre soutien au responsable de projet dans plusieurs domaines.

Vos responsabilités:

Vous réceptionnez les plannings, missions et instructions du client et vous en vérifiez le contenu. Vous supervisez et dirigez quotidiennement une équipe de monteurs en échafaudage. Vous analysez les aspects techniques et organisationnels du projet. Vous veillez à ce que les matériaux, outils et équipements nécessaires soient disponibles dès le début du chantier. Vous répartissez le travail, veillez à l’obtention des autorisations nécessaires, donnez les instructions aux monteurs et participez activement aux travaux afin d’atteindre les objectifs fixés. Vous assurez quotidiennement le suivi de l’avancement des travaux avec votre équipe. Vous prenez en charge le suivi administratif, le traitement, la distribution et l’archivage des documents liés à l’exécution du projet. Vous veillez au bon déroulement des projets en matière de sécurité, qualité, quantité, budget, information et organisation. Vous êtes responsable de la réception technique des travaux. Vous connaissez les spécifications et exigences de qualité liées aux processus et aux réalisations.
