Voor onze werkplaats in Zeewolde zoeken we een werkplaatschef die het team aanstuurt en zorgt dat het werk goed verloopt. Je verdeelt het werk, houdt overzicht en springt zelf bij wanneer dat nodig is. Samen met het team werk je aan het onderhoud en de opbouw van onze machines en materieel. De werkplaats is volop in ontwikkeling. Daarom zoeken we iemand die niet alleen technisch sterk is, maar ook structuur aanbrengt en collega's duidelijk aanstuurt. - Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding in een technische richting, bij voorkeur minimaal niveau 4 - Ervaring in de landbouwmechanisatie of mobiele werktuigen is een pré. - Ervaring met leidinggeven óf de ambitie om die stap te maken. - Je kan structuur brengen waar nodig en hebt een praktische instelling. - Je kunt duidelijk communiceren en durft beslissingen te nemen. - Je houdt overzicht, ook als het druk is.
