Als Chefmonteur E Ziekenhuis ben jij de spil in het realiseren en onderhouden van elektrische installaties binnen ziekenhuisomgevingen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van je team monteurs en zorgt ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden volgens planning, binnen budget en conform de hoogste kwaliteits- en veiligheidseisen worden uitgevoerd. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, engineers en andere disciplines om complexe technische vraagstukken op te lossen. Daarnaast ben je het aanspreekpunt voor de opdrachtgever en zorg je voor een professionele uitstraling op de bouwplaats. In deze functie combineer je technisch vakmanschap met leidinggevende capaciteiten. Je bent niet alleen bezig met het uitvoeren van werkzaamheden, maar ook met het coachen en ontwikkelen van je teamleden. Je draagt bij aan een veilige werkomgeving en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen met plezier en trots zijn werk doet. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Aansturen en coachen van een team monteurs op de bouwplaats; - Zorgen voor een veilige werkomgeving conform de geldende VCA-richtlijnen; - Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit en budget van het project; - Technische afstemming met projectleiders, engineers en onderaannemers; - Uitvoeren van complexe elektrische werkzaamheden in ziekenhuisomgevingen; - Signaleren van knelpunten en proactief meedenken over oplossingen; - Verzorgen van werkbonnen, urenregistratie en voortgangsrapportages; - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor de opdrachtgever ter plaatse.
