¿ Tätigkeiten

* Erledigung notwendiger Vorbereitungsmaßnahmen (Mise en place)

* Herstellung und Zubereitung der Speisen auf dem jeweiligen Posten

* Warenannahme sowie Prüfen der Liefermengen und Qualität unter Einhaltung der HACCP-Richtlinien

* Reinigung und Pflege aller Arbeitsmittel

¿ Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Hotellerie oder Gastronomie

* Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position

* Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Verantwortung und Weiterentwicklung

* Teamfähigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Speisen zubereiten

Das gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Mindestentgelt bezieht sich ausschließlich auf den Brutto-Basiswert der gesetzlichen Normalarbeitszeit. Überstundenzuschläge sowie die Vergütung für einen 6. Arbeitstag sind darin nicht enthalten und werden zusätzlich abgegolten.
