ab sofort im Zentrum von Hietzing

* Leidenschaft für die österreichische Küche

* Hands-on Mentalität sowie eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten

* Positives Auftreten & Teamfähigkeit

* Strukturierte & saubere Arbeitsweise

* Berufserfahrung bzw. Ausbildung im Küchenbereich

So wird bei uns gekocht:

* Koordination & Verantwortung über den reibungslosen Ablauf deines Postens

* Zubereitung & Produktion

* Einhaltung der Service-, Qualitäts- & Hygienestandards

* Warenannahme & Kontrolle

* Ökonomischer & effizienter Material-, Waren & Geräteeinsatz

* Einhaltung der Lagerbestimmungen (FIFO,..)

* Schulung & Förderung der Lehrlinge

* Einsatz als Rotisseur, Entremetier & Saucier
