Eine ganze Reihe von internationalen Auszeichnungen adeln das Haus zu einem der führenden Hotels in Europa: vom SSI (Skiresort Service International) etwa wird das Trofana Royal regelmäßig als eines der weltweit besten Skihotels ausgezeichnet, außerdem sind wir Österreichs einziges 5 Sterne Superior Resort mit sieben Gault Millau Hauben in zwei verschiedenen Restaurants.

Wir suchen zur Unterstützung: 4 Chefs de rang (m./w.)

Saisonstelle - Wintersaison 2026/27

Beginn & Beschäftigungsausmaß

ab Ende ca. 25.11.2026 bis 02.05.2027 Vollzeit

Tätigkeiten

* Führung einer eigenen Servicestation mit ca. 25-30 Gästen

* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Serviceablaufs beim Frühstück und Abendservice

* Empfehlung und Beratung zu Weinen aus der Weinkarte

* Beratung der Gäste zum Speisen- und Getränkeangebot

* Überwachung der täglichen Mise en Place Arbeiten

* Unterstützung bei der Einschulung von Praktikant_innen und Auszubildenden

Anforderungen

* Berufserfahrung als Chef_in de Rang in 4/5-Sterne-Hotels

* Weinkenntnisse bzw. Sommelierausbildung von Vorteil

* Freude am Umgang mit Menschen

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit

* Deutschkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse

* Service

Hinweis zur Entlohnung

Das Mindestentgelt gilt für die gesetzliche Normalarbeitszeit (Brutto-Grundgehalt). Überstunden- sowie allfällige Zuschläge für einen 6. Arbeitstag werden zusätzlich abgegolten. Gehalt: nach Vereinbarung.
