The posting

Optimaliseren van bestaande processen

  • Verbeteren van de procesprestaties door het nauwgezet monitoren van procesparameters (trending, analyse, statistieken en rapportage) en het implementeren van kostenbesparende optimalisaties
  • Uitvoeren van technische optimalisaties tijdens het monitoren van processen
  • Opvolgen van afwijkingen, waaronder het organiseren en uitvoeren van root cause analyses (oorzaakanalyses), het actualiseren van documentatie en het ondersteunen van de implementatie van CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)
  • Uitvoeren van haalbaarheidsstudies, impactanalyses en documentatie voor proceswijzigingen

Ondersteunen van de introductie van nieuwe processen

  • Organiseren van de technology transfer (overdracht van technologie/proces) naar de productie
  • Organiseren en deelnemen aan risicoanalyses, zoals analyses van procesveiligheid en milieurisico’s
  • Beoordelen van Master Batch Records (MBR) en, waar van toepassing, procesvalidaties en homogeniteitsstudies
  • Ondersteunen van klanten tijdens het process witnessing in de productie
  • Analyseren en beoordelen van productiecampagnes en de bijbehorende gegevens

Procesexpertise

  • Opbouwen van diepgaande kennis van de processen en apparatuur
  • Op de hoogte blijven van de nieuwste technologieën en ontwikkelingen

Samenwerking en uitvoering

  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van een sterke samenwerking met interne stakeholders
  • Zorgen voor een efficiënte samenwerking binnen het team en een goede voortgang van projecten
  • Masterdiploma in Chemie, (Bio-)Engineering of een gelijkwaardige opleiding
  • Sterke interesse in en kennis van industriële chemische processen, risicoanalyses en procesvalidatie
  • Analytisch en oplossingsgericht, met een proactieve en resultaatgerichte “first-time-right”-mentaliteit
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels
  • Een teamspeler die effectief kan samenwerken met verschillende stakeholders. Ervaring met het leiden van projectvergaderingen is een pluspunt.
  • Goed georganiseerd, sterk in plannen en in staat om goed te functioneren onder druk
