Je voert chemische analyses uit en controleert de kwaliteit van grondstoffen, processtromen en eindproducten. Met jouw nauwkeurigheid lever je iedere dag een belangrijke bijdrage aan een veilig en betrouwbaar productieproces. Wat ga je doen? Als Chemisch Analist werk je voor onze opdrachtgever aan chemische analyses binnen een industriële productieomgeving. Je onderzoekt grondstoffen, processtromen, eindproducten en afvalstromen met verschillende fysische en nat-chemische analysetechnieken. Daarbij bereid je monsters voor, stel je laboratoriumapparatuur correct in en beoordeel je de verkregen meetresultaten. Je kijkt kritisch naar afwijkingen en controleert of resultaten voldoen aan vastgestelde specificaties en kwaliteitsnormen. Door jouw analytische aanpak draag je bij aan betrouwbare productieprocessen en een constante productkwaliteit. Naast de dagelijkse analyses richt je je op het verbeteren en ontwikkelen van analysemethoden. Je onderzoekt afwijkingen, adviseert over mogelijke oplossingen en rapporteert jouw bevindingen aan betrokken collega's en leidinggevenden. Meetgegevens en onderzoeksresultaten registreer je zorgvuldig in digitale systemen, waaronder SAP. Ook houd je je bezig met het kalibreren en onderhouden van laboratoriumapparatuur en heb je waar nodig contact met leveranciers. Veiligheids-, milieu- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften vormen een belangrijk onderdeel van iedere analyse. Je werkt in dagdienst van 07.00 tot 15.30 uur en krijgt binnen je functie ruimte om jouw chemische en analytische kennis verder te ontwikkelen.
