Als Chemisch Analist in Bergen op Zoom controleer je grondstoffen en eindproducten en geef je advies op basis van jouw analyseresultaten. Je krijgt een verantwoordelijke functie binnen een internationale productieomgeving waar kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid centraal staan. Wat ga je doen? Als Chemisch Analist in Bergen op Zoom ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van verschillende chemische en fysische kwaliteitscontroles voor onze opdrachtgever. Je onderzoekt inkomende grondstoffen en controleert bijna volledig afgewerkte smeervetten op de juiste specificaties. Hiervoor pas je verschillende analysemethoden en standaard validaties toe. De analyseresultaten verwerk je zorgvuldig en je beoordeelt of producten voldoen aan de geldende kwaliteitseisen. Op basis van jouw bevindingen adviseer je de shiftleader wanneer een receptuur mogelijk moet worden aangepast. Daarnaast verzorg je de dataverwerking van inkomende en uitgaande goederen en stel je Certificates of Analysis op. Je behandelt sample requests en zorgt dat monsters correct worden geregistreerd en verwerkt. Door nauwkeurig volgens procedures te werken, lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan kwaliteitscontrole en procesbewaking. Je hebt regelmatig contact met verschillende stakeholders binnen de productieomgeving en deelt duidelijke adviezen op basis van jouw analyses. De werkzaamheden voer je uit in een tweeploegendienst, waarbij je incidenteel ook tijdens een nachtdienst wordt ingezet. Werken bij Evoke Je gaat via Evoke aan de slag in deze functie.
