The posting

Als chemisch procesoperator in onze fabriek in Tessenderlo zorg je ervoor dat de productie van onze chemicaliën veilig en vlot verloopt. Dit doe je door onze productieprocessen te controleren en aan te sturen.

Concreet betekent dit dat je volgende taken hebt: .

· controles uitvoeren van onze installaties, staalnames, …;

· de gegevens analyseren die je via je controles verzamelt;

· rapporteren aan je leidinggevende in geval van productieafwijkingen;

· het productieproces veilig, kwaliteitsvol en volgens de milieuregels laten verlopen;

· de installaties volgens de voorgeschreven procedures voorbereiden voor onderhoudswerken;

· deel uitmaken van het interne interventieteam en hiervoor de nodige opleidingen volgen.

Dit is een functie in een volcontinu shiftensysteem.

Als onze nieuwe collega operator kan je heel wat van onderstaande punten afvinken:

· Je hebt een diploma chemische procestechnieken, elektromechanica of chemie, of kan een vergelijkbare ervaring voorleggen.

· Je hebt kennis van chemie of productieprocessen (dit zien we als een pluspunt)

· Je vindt veiligheid belangrijk, zowel voor jezelf, als voor je collega’s en de ruimere omgeving van onze fabriek.

· Je werkt graag in team.

· Afwachten staat niet in je woordenboek en je komt met verbeteringsvoorstellen.

· Je lost op een doordachte manier problemen op en bij twijfel overleg je collega’s en/of je leidinggevende.

· Je houdt je hoofd koel en weet welke taken dringend en/of belangrijk zijn.

· Je hebt geen last van hoogtevrees, bent niet bang in kleine ruimtes en je bent bereid indiennodig om met een gasmasker te werken.

· Je werkt graag buiten.

· Je wil regelmatig opleidingen volgen om deel uit te maken van de interne brandweer en om te groeien in je job en verantwoordelijkheden.
