Für unsere Kund_innen planen, entwickeln und betreiben wir einen vielschichtigen Applikationsbetrieb und IT-Infrastruktur. Dazu zählen neben einem modernen Rechenzentrum und einem komplexen Netzwerk auch über 37.000 Arbeitsplätzen sowie die Infrastruktur für den Betrieb von Business- und Bank-Applikationen. 1 Citrix IT-Engineer (m/w/d) Deine Aufgaben

Gestalte und entwickle unsere Citrix-Plattformen weiter.

* Du betreust und entwickelst unsere Citrix-Infrastruktur rund um Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops weiter und sorgst für einen stabilen und performanten Betrieb.

* Du administrierst und optimierst Provisioning-Lösungen (MCS/PVS), Profilmanagement-Lösungen sowie die zugehörigen Windows-Server-Komponenten.

* Du betreibst und konfigurierst Citrix NetScaler (ADC) und unterstützt die Weiterentwicklung unserer Citrix Cloud-Umgebung.

* Du analysierst Störungen, führst Performance-Optimierungen durch und stellst die Verfügbarkeit unserer Citrix-Plattformen sicher.

* Du bringst dein Fachwissen aktiv bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Virtual-Workplace-Services ein und unterstützt den Aufbau von Citrix-Know-how innerhalb des Teams.

Dein Profil

Citrix ist dein Zuhause.

* Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Citrix, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) oder Windows Server.

* Du bringst mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung mit Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops sowie Provisioning-Lösungen (MCS oder PVS) mit.

* Du kennst dich mit Citrix NetScaler (ADC), Citrix Cloud oder Microsoft Remote Desktop Services aus und hast Erfahrung im Betrieb von produktiven Citrix-Umgebungen.

* Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse im Windows Server-Umfeld und hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit Active Directory, Gruppenrichtlinien sowie Profilmanagement-Lösungen wie FSLogix oder Citrix UPM.

* Du analysierst Probleme strukturiert und lösungsorientiert, kommunizierst auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen klar und verständlich und arbeitest gerne mit Kund:innen an der Behebung technischer Herausforderungen.

Das Mindestjahresgehalt für diese Position beträgt auf Vollzeitbasis EUR 56.900 brutto (inkl. Sonderzahlungen).
