Word jij als Civil / Structural Asset Management Engineer de drijvende kracht achter de betrouwbaarheid, veiligheid en levensduur van industriële constructies en gebouwen?

In deze rol versterk je het assetmanagementteam binnen een hoogtechnologische industriële omgeving in Hoboken. Het zwaartepunt van jouw functie ligt op het opzetten, beheren en continu verbeteren van meerjarige onderhoudsplannen voor civiele en bouwkundige structuren. Jij slaat de brug tussen operationele klachten, risicoanalyses en concrete verbeterprojecten. Van het aanpakken van corrosie in staalconstructies en scheurvorming in muren tot het begeleiden van kleine civiele interventies en ruimte-renovaties: jij zet data en inspectieresultaten om in doordachte, langetermijnstrategieën. Met jouw analytische blik en hands-on aanpak verhoog je de structurele betrouwbaarheid, verminder je veiligheidsrisico's en creëer je voorspelbare lifecycle-kosten.

  • Langetermijnproject: Een uitdagende opdracht voor de lange termijn met jaarlijkse verlengingen en uitstekende perspectieven (voorziene start vanaf september 2026 / begin 2027).
  • Grote impact: De kans om de structurele integriteit en asset reliability van een omvangrijke en dynamische industriële site te waarborgen en te optimaliseren.
  • Eigenaarschap & Groei: Veel autonomie om tactische assetplannen vorm te geven, root cause analyses uit te voeren en je stempel te drukken op de onderhoudsstrategie.
  • Multidisciplinair team: Een nauwe samenwerking met gedreven collega's, van werkvoorbereiders en inspecteurs tot ontwerpers, contractorpartners en productieteams.

Wat ga jij allemaal doen?

  • Tactische onderhoudsplannen opstellen: Je ontwikkelt, beheert en optimaliseert meerjarige onderhoudsplannen voor civiele structuren en gebouwen om hun levensduur en betrouwbaarheid te maximaliseren.
  • Risico- en degradatieanalyses uitvoeren: Je onderzoekt technische problemen, voert Root Cause Analyses (RCA) uit en interpreteert RBI-data om structurele risico's preventief aan te pakken.
  • Verbeterprojecten leiden: Je vertaalt geïdentificeerde risico's naar praktische interventies, definieert scope, budget en planning, en stelt CAPEX/OPEX-voorstellen op.
  • Contractoren & partners aansturen: Je coördineert en begeleidt externe aannemers en conditiemonitoringspartners tijdens zowel de engineering- als de uitvoeringsfase.
  • Lifecycle engineering verankeren: Je adviseert ontwerpafdelingen vanaf de ontwerpfase over onderhoudbaarheid en inspecteerbaarheid, en valideert as-built documentatie.
  • Compliance & data waarborgen: Je zorgt dat assetgegevens accuraat blijven in EAM- en DMS-systemen en dat de uitgewerkte plannen voldoen aan relevante normen zoals ISO 55000, SEVESO en Eurocodes.

Welke troeven breng jij mee?

  • Opleiding & Ervaring: Een Masterdiploma Bouwkunde, Civil Engineering (of gelijkwaardig) en minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met civiele of structurele inspecties, degradatieanalyses en assetmanagement in een industriële omgeving.
  • Technische expertise: Grondige kennis van civiele en bouwkundige structuren, degradatiemechanismen (zoals corrosie en betonrot) en risicogestuurd onderhoud.
  • Methodieken & Systemen: Ervaring met Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Risk Based Inspection (RBI), EAM-systemen, DMS-platformen en degradatiemodellen. Kennis van ISO 55000, SEVESO en Eurocodes is een pluspunt.
  • Projectcoördinatie: Aantoonbare ervaring met het aansturen van externe contractoren, inspectiepartners en het beheren van kleinschalige civiele en bouwkundige interventies.
  • Competenties: Een analytische, nieuwsgierige en resultaatgerichte professional met sterke leiderschaps- en communicatievaardigheden en een pragmatische hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Talenkennis: Een uitstekende, vloeiende beheersing van zowel het Nederlands als het Engels (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk).
