🔧 Wat ga je doen?

Als Claims Specialist ben jij dé expert op het gebied van garantieafhandeling. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle garantieclaims correct en tijdig worden verwerkt volgens de richtlijnen. Je werkt nauw samen met de werkplaats, klanten en de importeur en bent een onmisbare schakel in het aftersalesproces.

Jouw taken:

  • Verwerken en indienen van garantieclaims.
  • Controleren van werkorders en technische rapporten op volledigheid.
  • Ondersteunen van technici en aftersalesmedewerkers bij garantieprocedures.
  • Communiceren met de importeur over moeilijke dossiers en claimstatussen.
  • Signaleren van trends en afwijkingen in garantiegevallen.
  • Rapporteren aan de Cluster Aftersales Manager.

👤 Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt ervaring in de automotive sector of een vergelijkbare administratieve functie.
  • Ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen de automotive sector en garantieverwerking is een grote plus.
  • Interesse in de autotechniek.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent analytisch en communiceert helder.
  • Je bent klantgericht en een echte teamspeler.
