The posting

Voor een site in Lommel zijn we op zoek naar een Cleaning Coördinator die een sleutelrol speelt in het uitvoeren, opvolgen en bijsturen van het Master Cleaning Plan binnen productie, inpak en ondersteunende afdelingen.

Jouw rol:

Als Cleaning Coördinator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het inplannen, coördineren, opvolgen en actualiseren van alle poetswerkzaamheden die door operatoren en externe partijen worden uitgevoerd. Hierbij ligt de focus op onze productie- en inpakinstallaties, magazijnen en het silopark.

Je draagt bij aan een optimaal productieproces door te zorgen voor hygiënisch schone installaties, wat cruciaal is om klachten, productverlies, extra inspecties of zelfs productiestilstand te vermijden.

Je werkt nauw samen met een vaste externe partner en bewaakt de prestaties volgens het raamcontract en bijhorende KPI’s (kwaliteit, planning, bezetting, veiligheid enz.).

Je geeft functioneel leiding aan 5 permanentiepoetsers die instaan voor de dagelijkse reiniging van de productieruimte.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

○ Coördineren en opvolgen van de uitvoering van het Cleaning Plan, incl. grote poetsbeurten tijdens geplande stilstanden, permanente poetsactiviteiten, technische poetswerken, deep cleaning en speciale reinigingen;

○ Actualiseren van het Cleaning Plan volgens wijzigingen in installaties, frequenties, procedures, KPI’s en budget;

○ Controleren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden, inclusief visuele hygiëne-inspecties, microbiologische controles en testkits voor allergenen en chemie;

○ Waken over naleving van veiligheidsinstructies bij alle poetsactiviteiten;

○ Beheer van de poetsmaterialen, reinigingsinstallaties, poetsproducten en het poetslokaal;

○ Organiseren van opleidingen zowel theoretisch als on the job;

○ Optreden als eerste aanspreekpunt voor Operations, TD, Quality, L&D, HSE, Milieu en externe partners;

○ Rapporteren over voortgang, knelpunten, planning en budgetstatus aan de Quality Manager;

○ Afstemmen en verbeteren van werkmethodes en procedures, opstellen van werkinstructies en bijdragen aan kwaliteitsbewustzijn in de organisatie;

○ Bewaken van bedrijfseisen, auditvereisten (HACCP, ISO 14001, IFS/BRC, SQMS) en klantverwachtingen;

Constructief samenwerken en onderhandelen met externe partners rond prestaties, veiligheid en planning

Jouw profiel

○ Professionele bachelor, bij voorkeur in de richting van Agro en/of kwaliteit. Ook pas afgestudeerden worden aangemoedigd om te solliciteren.

○ Goede kennis van kritische aandachtspunten rond reinheid van installaties en auditvereisten;

○ Grondige kennis van reinigingsmethodes, detergenten en chemische producten volgens bedrijfs-, klant- en wettelijke normen;

○ Vertrouwd met productieprocessen, veiligheidsinstructies en noodprocedures;

○ Je behoudt overzicht, plant efficiënt en werkt autonoom;

○ Je werkt proactief aan verbeteringen en draagt kwaliteitsbewustzijn uit naar de hele organisatie;

○ Kunnen leiden van overlegmomenten en duidelijk rapporteren;

○ In staat moeilijke gesprekken te voeren en bedrijfsbelangen te verdedigen met behoud van een constructieve samenwerking;

○ Professioneel communiceren tijdens audits en contacten met leveranciers;

○ Algemene technische basiskennis;

○ Basiskennis Engels;

○ Kennis van Microsoft office & Scada (Citect).
