Voor een Private bank in Antwerpen zoeken wij een Client Administration Officer | Administratief Medewerker.

Binnen deze organisatie staan persoonlijke dienstverlening, financiële expertise en lange termijnrelaties centraal.

Als Client Administration Officer ben je een belangrijke schakel in de dagelijkse werking. Je zorgt ervoor dat klantinformatie, dossiers en administratieve processen correct worden opgevolgd.

Een ideale functie voor iemand die houdt van structuur, verantwoordelijkheid en graag werkt binnen een professionele omgeving met interesse in beleggingen en financiële dienstverlening.

Jouw rol

Je ondersteunt de organisatie op administratief vlak en zorgt ervoor dat verschillende processen correct en efficiënt verlopen.

Je bent iemand die graag overzicht bewaart, zelfstandig werkt en voldoening haalt uit kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Client administratie

  • Beheren en actualiseren van klantgegevens
  • Controleren en opvolgen van klantdossiers
  • Verwerken van documenten en administratieve gegevens
  • Ondersteunen van processen rond klantidentificatie en compliance
  • Bewaken van volledigheid en kwaliteit van dossiers

Administratieve ondersteuning

  • Opvolgen van interne administratie
  • Ondersteunen van collega's binnen operations en financiële processen
  • Beheren van informatie en databases
  • Voorbereiden van communicatie en documenten
  • Bewaken van deadlines en openstaande acties

Initiatief & verbetering

  • Meedenken over efficiëntere werkwijzen
  • Structuur brengen in processen
  • Signaleren van verbeterpunten
  • Mee ondersteunen van verdere digitalisering
