Jobomschrijving

  • Manage the full lifecycle of client files, from onboarding to closure.
  • Perform AML/KYC checks and assess client documentation and risk profiles.
  • Collect, verify, and maintain accurate client data.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with commercial, legal, and compliance teams.
  • Identify and report operational risks when necessary.
  • Participate in various departmental and process improvement projects.
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative, KYC, compliance, or client support role within the financial services sector.
  • Good knowledge of AML, KYC, MiFID, FATCA, CRS, GDPR, or similar regulations.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • A proactive team player with strong communication abilities.
  • Fluent in French and Dutch, with a good command of English.
