Jij bent proactief in het benaderen van bestaande en nieuwe relaties, en zorgt voor een warme ontvangst bij evenementen. Met jouw uitstekende communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands en Frans en je vermogen om zelfstandig prioriteiten te stellen, maak je het verschil in ons commerciële team.   • Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten, waaronder ondernemers en professionals, via telefoon, e-mail, onze app of op kantoor;
  • Bij vragen van klanten bied jij klantgerichte en autonome oplossingen of verwijs je hen door naar je collega's, zoals de accountmanagers of de district manager;
  • Bij evenementen of klantbezoeken zorg jij voor een warme en professionele ontvangst;
  • Je levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan het team van accountmanagers door hen actief op de hoogte te houden van relevante klantinformatie en commerciële behoeften die je tijdens gesprekken opmerkt;
  • Jij plant afspraken met klanten, zowel voor bestaande relaties als voor potentiële nieuwe klanten die jij als eerste benadert;
  • Daarnaast bied je administratieve ondersteuning aan het commerciële team, zoals het verwerken en controleren van klantgegevens in onze systemen;
  • Jij volgt praktische taken op kantoor serieus op en regelt de logistiek van evenementen;
  • Voor jou is het vanzelfsprekend om elke opdracht tijdig en nauwkeurig af te handelen, altijd met de juiste service in gedachten.
  • Is een enthousiaste en gemotiveerde professional die energie haalt uit regelmatig klantencontact;
  • Toont klantgerichtheid en luistervaardigheid en zoekt op een professionele manier steeds naar de meest geschikte oplossingen voor zowel ondernemers als vrije beroepen;
  • Heeft de moed om proactief de telefoon op te pakken, zowel voor bekende als potentiële nieuwe klanten;
  • Is leergierig en staat open voor nieuwe methodes of digitale hulpmiddelen; verandering zie je als een uitdaging!;
  • Is resultaatgericht en vindt plezier in een variërend takenpakket;
  • Heeft het vermogen om zelfstandig prioriteiten te stellen en kan zelf een efficiënte dagplanning maken;
  • Beschikt over een uitmuntende beheersing van zowel het Nederlands als het Frans, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling;
  • Heeft bij voorkeur een bachelor- of masterdiploma, maar staat ook open voor kandidaten die hun vaardigheden door ervaring hebben verworven.
