Houd jij van verzorging, vind je het belangrijk dat mensen zich goed voelen en geef je klanten graag een deskundig en persoonlijk advies?

Voor onze klant, een expert op het vlak van medische gezondheid en verzorging, zijn we op zoek naar een client advisor.

Takenpakket:

  • Je staat klanten met enthousiasme te woord en helpt hen met jouw expertise bij het maken van de juiste keuzes binnen beauty en verzorging. Persoonlijk contact en een oprechte glimlach staan daarbij centraal.
  • Je bent mee verantwoordelijk voor een vlotte dagelijkse werking van de winkel. Je neemt verschillende operationele taken op, zoals prijsbeheer, voorraadopvolging, kassawerk en het bewaken van de veiligheid.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan de uitstraling van de winkel. Je zorgt ervoor dat producten aantrekkelijk gepresenteerd worden en dat klanten terechtkomen in een verzorgde en aangename omgeving.
  • Je brengt jouw kennis en ervaring over op collega’s en houdt je eigen expertise voortdurend up-to-date. Zo kan het hele team klanten steeds professioneel en met vertrouwen adviseren.
  • Met jouw positieve ingesteldheid en betrokkenheid geef je elke dag mee vorm aan onze visie en waarden. Samen met je collega’s werk je mee aan een sterke klantenbeleving en het realiseren van de gezamenlijke doelstellingen.
  • Je hebt een relevante achtergrond binnen beauty, cosmetica of schoonheidsverzorging en beschikt over een diploma als Schoonheidsspecialist(e).
  • Klanten staan voor jou altijd centraal. Je luistert aandachtig, voelt goed aan wat iemand nodig heeft en vertaalt dit naar een persoonlijk en betrouwbaar advies.
  • Je werkt graag gestructureerd en weet ook in een dynamische omgeving de juiste prioriteiten te stellen. Organisatie en efficiëntie zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
  • Je deelt jouw enthousiasme met collega’s en draagt actief bij aan een positieve teamsfeer. Daarbij ben je flexibel ingesteld en bereid om in het weekend te werken.
