About the job Als Client Relations Specialist ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, collega's en externe instanties zoals de Belastingdienst. Je helpt ondernemers bij uiteenlopende vragen, zoals het beoordelen van belastingbrieven, het opstellen en opvolgen van bezwaarschriften en het aanvragen van uitstel. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij administratieve werkzaamheden en zorg je ervoor dat klantdossiers volledig en actueel blijven. Communicatie zit in alles wat je doet: je schrijft brieven namens klanten, bewaakt de tone of voice naar buiten toe en houdt intern iedereen op de hoogte via updates en nieuwsbrieven. Je werkt nauw samen met onze fiscalisten, accountants en klantadviseurs, waardoor je snel veel leert over ondernemerschap, belastingen en financiële administratie. Je hoeft dit nog niet allemaal te kunnen, wij leren je stap voor stap hoe het werkt. What we expect from you Jouw takenpakket is divers.
