Client Service Manager ContactCare 3 maanden geleden Als Client Service Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige operationele dienstverlening van jouw opdrachtgevers. Je vertaalt klantdoelstellingen naar concrete acties op de werkvloer en zorgt ervoor dat jouw teams iedere dag de afgesproken resultaten realiseren. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de operationele performance, financiële resultaten, klanttevredenheid én medewerkerstevredenheid. Daarbij stuur je niet alleen op KPI's, maar kijk je continu naar de samenhang tussen kwaliteit, efficiency, kosten en medewerker,- en klantbeleving. Je werkt intensief samen met HR, Workforce Management, Learning & Development en andere stafafdelingen, om ervoor te zorgen dat altijd de juiste mensen, met de juiste vaardigheden, op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn. Daarnaast ben je voor opdrachtgevers een proactieve sparringpartner die kansen signaleert en actief meedenkt over de verdere ontwikkeling van de dienstverlening. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Director of Operations en krijgt veel ruimte om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen en jouw accounts verder uit te bouwen. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden Als Client Service Manager ben je onder andere verantwoordelijk voor: - Aansturen van teamleiders en klantadviseurs binnen jouw accounts - Realiseren van een gezonde operationele performance én bruto marge - Behalen en continu verbeteren van de afgesproken KPI's en SLA's - Analyseren van operationele en financiële data en deze vertalen naar concrete verbeteracties - Onderhouden en verder ontwikkelen van duurzame relaties met opdrachtgevers - Bewaken van de balans tussen klanttevredenheid, medewerkerstevredenheid en financieel resultaat - Verbeteren van de NPS en eNPS door gericht leiderschap en continue ontwikkeling van medewerkers - Samenwerken met HR, WFM en L&D om capaciteit, kwaliteit en ontwikkeling optimaal op elkaar af te stemmen - Initiëren van verbeteringen op het gebie...
