Stuur meerdere winkels aan en verdien tot € 4.027 bruto per maand. Wat ga je doen? In de rol van Clustermanager overzie je de volledige exploitatie van alle winkellocaties in jouw regio. Vanaf de centrale uitvalsbasis in Geldermalsen bouw je aan een hechte samenwerking tussen de verschillende vestigingen en stuur je een cluster van circa 50 medewerkers en floormanagers aan. Om feeling te houden met de winkelvloer draai je minimaal één vaste dag per week actief mee op een van de locaties binnen het cluster. Je combineert operationele sturing met een scherpe blik op de overkoepelende doelstellingen. Je analyseert de cijfers van het gehele cluster, stuurt bij op loonkosten en omzet, en vertaalt deze data naar een efficiënte inzet van personeel en middelen. Daarnaast ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt voor cluster-overschrijdende veiligheidszaken, HR-thema's en de afstemming met stationpartners. Het werk omvat de volgende verantwoordelijkheden: - Clustersturing & coaching: Je geeft leiding aan de floormanagers van de locaties en bouwt aan één hecht, overkoepelend team binnen het cluster. - HR & personeelsbeleid: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor werving, verzuimbegeleiding en de verdere talentontwikkeling van alle medewerkers in het cluster. - Proces & planning: Je bewaakt de roostering over de vestigingen heen, ziet toe op de naleving van hygiëne- en veiligheidsregels en waarborgt de winkelkwaliteit. - Rapportage & analyse: Je monitort de periodieke omzet- en kostenresultaten van het cluster en stelt concrete actieplannen op voor de langere termijn.
