Ben jij een vakman met passie voor metaalbewerking? Werk je graag met moderne én traditionele machines? Voor een innovatieve klant in Opglabbeek, gespecialiseerd in het bouwen van hoogwaardige productiemachines, zoeken wij een gedreven CNC / Conventioneel Operator.

Wat ga je doen?

Samen met je team zorg je ervoor dat elk onderdeel tot in de puntjes klopt. Je krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket:

  • In samenspraak met de afdelingsverantwoordelijke bepaal je de juiste machinale bewerkingen.
  • Je bedient en programmeert zowel CNC-gestuurde als conventionele draai- en freesmachines om onderdelen te maken vanaf een technisch plan.
  • Je werkt de stukken manueel af, controleert nauwkeurig de maten en aantallen, en zet ze klaar voor de volgende afdeling.
  • Je houdt het materiaalrek overzichtelijk en zorgt voor het dagelijkse en wekelijkse onderhoud van jouw machines zodat ze in topconditie blijven.
  • Je stelt je flexibel op om samen met je collega's de deadlines te behalen.

Profiel

Wie zoeken wij?

Jij bent de operator die wij zoeken, want:

  • Je hebt een technisch diploma (Mechanica of Metaal) of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt al een eerste stabiele ervaring als CNC-operator op zak en kunt vlot technische plannen lezen.
  • Je hebt kennis van besturingssystemen zoals Haas, Siemens of Fanuc.
  • Je bent flexibel, kwaliteitsbewust en werkt graag zelfstandig.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
