CNC-programmeur-draaier | van tekening naar perfect onderdeel

Een technisch plan komt pas echt tot leven wanneer jij ermee aan de slag gaat. Als CNC-programmeur-draaier zie je het resultaat van je werk letterlijk uit de machine rollen: een klein onderdeel dat tot op de millimeter klopt. Bij onze klant krijg je de ruimte om jouw vakkennis te gebruiken, mee te denken en zelfstandig te werken binnen een compact team. En dat in een moderne werkomgeving in Ingelmunster, gespecialiseerd in CNC-seriedraaiwerk voor onder meer machinebouw, design en technische toepassingen.

Wat ga je doen? Van eerste programmatie tot het laatste meetresultaat: jij hebt het proces mee in de hand. Je werkt met langdraaiers en kortdraaiers en maakt onderdelen in onder meer staal, inox, aluminium, messing en kunststof. Dankzij het geautomatiseerde productieproces heb je na een correcte voorbereiding ruimte om je werk nauwgezet op te volgen

  • Je programmeert CNC-machines offline aan de hand van een technisch plan
  • Je stelt zowel langdraaiers als kortdraaiers in
  • Je draait en draaifrees complexe onderdelen
  • Je bepaalt de juiste snijgereedschappen en draaistrategie
  • Je leest 2D-tekeningen en vertaalt ze naar een correcte machine-instelling
  • Je maakt een testbatch en stuurt bij waar nodig
  • Je voert kwaliteitscontrole uit tijdens het productieproces
  • Je denkt mee over een efficiënte aanpak en zoekt zelf naar een oplossing bij een technisch vraagstuk

Waar ga je werken? Onze klant is een gespecialiseerd familiebedrijf in Ingelmunster met meer dan 30 jaar ervaring in metaalbewerking. Wat ooit startte in een klein atelier met één machine, groeide uit tot een moderne onderneming met een ruim machinepark en 24-uursproductie. Vandaag worden er onderdelen gemaakt met diameters van 2 tot 65 mm, in zowel metaal als kunststof.

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding achter de rug
  • Je hebt ervaring als CNC-programmeur / -draaier
  • Je kan vlot overweg met 2D-tekeningen
  • Je kent ISO-programmatie
  • Je kan zelfstandig een technisch probleem analyseren en aanpakken
  • Ervaring met CAD/CAM is mooi meegenomen
