The posting

Als CNC draaier maak je deel uit van de draai- en freesafdeling. Je werkt aan precisieonderdelen die rechtstreeks bijdragen aan de performantie en betrouwbaarheid van onze hoogtechnologische verpakkingsmachines.

Je takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Je stelt de 2-assige CNC-draaibanken in en bedient ze, waaronder Haas ST35 met Esprit CAD/CAM en DMG met Siemens-sturing.
  • Je programmeert en produceert onderdelen op basis van technische tekeningen.
  • Je controleert zelfstandig de maatvoering en afwerkingsgraad van de onderdelen die je produceert.
  • Je denkt actief mee over het optimaliseren van productieprocessen en werkmethodes.
  • Je levert maatwerk en zorgt ervoor dat elk onderdeel voldoet aan onze hoge kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Je zet jouw technische kennis en vakmanschap om in kritische componenten die wereldwijd worden ingezet.
  • Ervaring heeft als CNC draaier. Ook schoolverlaters met een sterke technische achtergrond zijn welkom.
  • Kennis heeft van Siemens-sturing en/of Esprit CAD/CAM. Ervaring hiermee is een pluspunt.
  • Nauwkeurig werkt en oog heeft voor detail.
  • Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband goed functioneert.
  • Technische tekeningen kan lezen en vertrouwd is met meetinstrumenten.
  • Een probleemoplossende en praktische ingesteldheid heeft.
  • Nederlands of Engels spreekt.
  • Een passie heeft voor techniek en graag werkt met metalen en technische kunststoffen.
  • Graag blijft bijleren en zich verder wil ontwikkelen in CNC-verspaning.

Jouw technische vaardigheden

  • Het bewerken van onderdelen met metaalbewerkingsmachines.
  • Het uitvoeren van precisiewerk.
  • Het instellen van machineparameters en apparatuur.
  • Het monteren en assembleren van mechanische onderdelen.
  • Het werken volgens technische tekeningen en kwaliteitseisen.
