GoorsenbergGoorsenberg CNC Draaier / CAM programmeur 32-40 uur Goorsenberg is een familiebedrijf in Nijmegen met een informele werksfeer. Wij willen groeien en daar hebben wij jou voor nodig! Bij Goorsenberg werk je in kleine teams aan 1 of meerdere machines. Dagelijks maak je een mix van eenvoudige tot complexe producten van 1, 5, 50 tot 500 stuks. In de avonduren werken robots door om deze producten compleet af te werken. Overdag werk je met computers en diverse softwareprogramma's om bestaande of nieuwe orders voor te bereiden. Wij werken met de modernste machines, robots en cobots in een uitermate schone en geklimatiseerde productieomgeving. Als CNC draaier bij Goorsenberg ben je samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk voor de productie en planning van de afdeling kortdraaien of langdraaien. Op deze afdeling worden voornamelijk prototypes en kleine series gemaakt, met over het algemeen afmetingen van Ø1mm tot maximaal Ø65mm, aantallen variërend van 10 tot 50 stuks tot 500 stuks. De functie: - Bedienen van CNC machines - Zelf programmeren met CAM, tekenen met 3D CAD - Draaiwerk varieert van 2-assig tot 7-assig met aangedreven gereedschappen - Werken met een staflader, nulpuntspansysteem of robot - Instellen van machines en het uitvoeren van tussentijdse controles (evt. m.b.v. 3D-meetmachine) - Grote variëteit in producten, dus géén eentonig werk; vervaardiging van verschillende producten op 1 dag - Verantwoordelijk in kleinere subteams voor kwaliteit van de eigen productie, gereedschapbeheer en planning Jouw profiel: - MBO opleiding richting metaal, niveau 4 - 3- 5 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de verspaning; bedienen en programmeren - Ervaring met 3D (solids) CAD/CAM software is gewenst - Gevoel voor techniek, nauwkeurig, sterk oplossend vermogen - Flexibele instelling - Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel - Zelfstandig kunnen werken - Woonachtig in Nijmegen of omgeving, Nederlands sprekend Goorsenberg biedt: - Een uitdagende...
