Manpower is specialist in de rekrutering van bedienden en arbeiders voor de KMO markt in onze regio. Wij bieden je uitzendwerk aan of vaste jobs voor onmiddellijke indiensttreding. Telkens weer gaan we voluit voor de ‘perfecte match’ tussen werkgever en sollicitant.

Voor een sterk groeiend bedrijf in de regio Tongeren zijn we op zoek naar een CNC Draaier/Frezer. Deze onderneming staat bekend om haar vakmanschap, kwalitatief maatwerk en moderne werkomgeving waar precisie centraal staat. Het gaat niet om een operatorfunctie waarbij je enkel machines bedient of werkstukken invoert. We zoeken een vakman of vakvrouw die zelfstandig stukken kan produceren, machines instelt en meedenkt over het bewerkingsproces.

Jobomschrijving

Wat ga jij doen als CNC Draaier/Frezer?

  • Je stelt CNC draai- en/of freesmachines zelfstandig in voor verschillende opdrachten.
  • Je programmeert machines waar nodig en optimaliseert bestaande programma's.
  • Je vervaardigt stukwerk en kleine series volgens technische tekeningen.
  • Je controleert de kwaliteit en maatvoering van de afgewerkte onderdelen.
  • Je leest technische plannen nauwkeurig en vertaalt deze naar een perfect eindproduct.
  • Je kiest zelfstandig de juiste gereedschappen, opspanningen en bewerkingsvolgorde.
  • Je denkt mee over verbeteringen in productieprocessen en bewerkingen.
  • Je werkt samen met collega's die dezelfde passie voor precisiewerk delen.

Ben jij de Draaier/Frezer die wij zoeken?

  • Je hebt ervaring als CNC draaier, CNC frezer of combineert beide disciplines.
  • Je kan zelfstandig stukwerk produceren en bent meer dan enkel een machinebediener.
  • Je kan technische plannen lezen en interpreteren.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsbewust en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je denkt technisch mee en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werk.
  • Zowel ervaren profielen als junior kandidaten met een opleiding CNC, metaalbewerking of een technische richting komen in aanmerking.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd om bij te leren en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen het vakgebied.
