Aigner Stahlbau Verkehrstechnik GmbH ist ein eigenständig geführtes Unternehmen der UNTHA shredding technology GmbH, das sich auf individuelle Ausführungen im Stahl- und Maschinenbau spezialisiert hat.

Wir fertigen auftragsbezogen qualitativ hochwertige Bauteile, Maschinengestelle, Tragkonstruktionen und Sonderkonstruktionen (z.B. Bühnen, Öfen, Rauchgaskanäle) an. Unsere Herausforderung und Leidenschaft sind die Liebe für technische Details und deren perfekte Umsetzung - flexibel, kosteneffizient, mit hoher Qualität und unabhängig von der Stückzahl.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in der Mechanischen Fertigung suchen wir 1 CNC-Fräser/in Aufgaben

* Selbstständiges Rüsten und Bedienen von CNC-Portal-Fräsmaschinen

* Programmieren und Optimieren von CNC-Programmen (Heidenhain)

* Bearbeitung von Stahlbauteilen nach technischen Zeichnungen

* Überwachung des Fertigungsprozesses

* Durchführung von Maß- und Qualitätskontrollen mit gängigen Prüfmitteln

* Wartung und Pflege von Maschinen und Werkzeugen

Stellenanforderungen

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Metalltechnik (z.B. Werkzeugbau- oder Zerspanungstechnik)

* Entsprechende Berufserfahrung als CNC-Fräser_in von Vorteil

* Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Messmitteln

* Kenntnisse in CNC-Programmierung und mit CAM-Systemen von Vorteil

* Selbstständige, genaue und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Qualitätsbewusstsein

* Schichtbereitschaft

Wir legen großen Wert auf Transparenz und Fairness. Daher verpflichten wir uns zur Angabe des Mindestlohns für diese Position als Facharbeiter von EUR 2.950 auf Basis Vollzeit (38,5 Wochenstunden) lt. Kollektivertrag Metall Gewerbe.

Wir möchten jedoch betonen, dass dein tatsächliches Entgelt unter Berücksichtigung deiner Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung in einem persönlichen Gespräch individuell vereinbart wird.
