CNC Frezer 3-Assig - Hightech Industrie Son en Breugel €2.700 - €3.500 per maand Senior Full time Monteur Techniek Omschrijving Als 3-assig CNC Frezer ga je aan de slag in een moderne productieomgeving waar je verantwoordelijk bent voor het zelfstandig instellen, programmeren en bedienen van CNC-freesmachines. Je werkt aan hoogwaardige onderdelen en samenstellingen, vooral voor de hightechindustrie. Jouw vakmanschap draagt direct bij aan de kwaliteit van het eindproduct. Een gemiddelde werkdag bestaat uit het instellen en bedienen van je CNC-machine met Heidenhain-besturing. Je bewerkt complexe producten in kleine tot middelgrote series, controleert nauwkeurig de geproduceerde onderdelen en voert metingen uit. Je leest technische tekeningen, lost kleine storingen zelfstandig op en denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen. Je houdt je werkplek netjes en draagt bij aan een prettige, veilige werksfeer. Eisen - Minimaal een afgeronde technische opleiding, bij voorkeur richting Verspaning - 2 tot 10 jaar ervaring als CNC Frezer - Ervaring met het zelfstandig instellen, programmeren en bedienen van CNC-machines - Kennis en ervaring met Heidenhain-besturing - Basiskennis van 3-assige freesstrategieën - Probleemoplossend vermogen en basiskennis van machineonderhoud - Ervaring met CAD/CAM-software (Edgecam is een pré) - Technische tekeningen kunnen lezen en interpreteren - Nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en kwaliteitsgericht - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; beheersing van het Engels is een pré Wat wij bieden - Salaris tussen €2.700 en €3.500 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring - 38 vrije dagen per jaar (25 vakantiedagen en 13 ADV-dagen) - 8% vakantietoeslag - Pensioen Plusregel...
