Als CNC Frezer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het complete freesproces. Je werkt zelfstandig aan hoogwaardige producten en draagt bij aan een soepel en efficiënt productieproces. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: • Zelfstandig instellen, programmeren en bedienen van CNC-freesmachines • Frezen van hoogwaardige onderdelen op 3-assige machines • Werken vanaf technische tekeningen en productieorders • Controleren van maatvoering, toleranties en productkwaliteit • Uitvoeren van metingen, eventueel met een 3D-meetmachine • Signaleren van afwijkingen en actief meedenken over verbeteringen in het proces

Wat vragen wij van jou?

• Een mbo-opleiding niveau 3 of 4 richting Verspaning, of vergelijkbare werkervaring • Ervaring met CNC-frezen en programmeren • Ervaring met CAD/CAM-software, bij voorkeur Esprit, is een pré • Technisch inzicht en een nauwkeurige werkhouding • Kwaliteitsbewustzijn en oog voor detailWat bieden wij jou?
