Wij zijn momenteel op zoek naar een CNC Frezer voor onze klant in Aartselaar. Deze klant is gespecialiseerd in het in-house ontwerpen en assembleren van hoogwaardige, krachtige mechanische snijapparatuur, evenals het produceren van precisie-messen van topkwaliteit voor voedselverwerking.

Takenpakket:

  • Als CNC-frezer ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
  • Het zelfstandig afstellen en programmeren van verticale en horizontale frees- en slijpmachines.
  • De productie van zowel stukken als serieproductie.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met de kwaliteitsafdeling, waarbij je kwaliteitscontroles uitvoert en rapporteert volgens de gemaakte afspraken.
  • Actieve betrokkenheid bij het nadenken over mogelijke optimalisaties van de productiemethoden.
  • Bereidheid om basisonderhoud uit te voeren.

Profiel

Profiel:

  • Je bent gekwalificeerd als volgt:
  • Je hebt een opleiding gevolgd in computergestuurde werktuigmachines (verspanende bewerkingen met CNC-machines), of je hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring opgedaan door enkele jaren als CNC-frezer in de metaalsector te werken. (Mazak, DMG, Blohm)
  • Het lezen en begrijpen van technische tekeningen is voor jou geen uitdaging.
  • Zelfstandig kun je een machine instellen en programmeren.
  • Je bent in staat zelfstandig een werkvolgorde te bepalen en neemt graag
  • verantwoordelijkhed.
  • Afwisseling en uitdaging spreken je aan.
  • Je bent gedreven en flexibel.
  • Precisie, netheid en veiligheid zijn van groot belang voor jou.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed in spreken, lezen en begrijpen.
  • Bereidheid om in een 2-ploegenstelsel te werken is voor jou geen probleem.
