Bij Precision Partner werk je met moderne machines, waaronder een DMG met palletwisselaar en Heidenhain-besturing, en een nieuw Okuma bewerkingscentrum voorzien van de nieuwste technieken, zoals een Renishaw meettaster voor 'in-process'-kwaliteitsbewaking. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledig zelfstandig vervaardigen van eindproducten, van A tot Z. Enkele werkzaamheden: - Zelfstandig vervaardigen van eindproducten - Bepalen en verzorgen van machine-tooling en opspanning - Schrijven van CNC-programma's aan de machine en met CAD/CAM (Inventor HSM) - Begeleiden van de productie en uitvoeren van maatcontroles - Doen van verbetervoorstellen en uitwerken van verbeteringen Wat bieden wij? - Bruto maandsalaris tussen €3.100 tot €4.800 - Contracttype: Vast - 8% vakantiegeld - Reiskostenvergoeding €0,21/km - CAO Metaal & Techniek, pensioen via PMT - 25 vakantiedagen + 13 ADV-dagen conform cao - Opleidings- en doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen het vakgebied - Informele werksfeer met ruimte voor eigen inbreng Dit neem je mee Je hebt een passie voor techniek en weet hoe je een CNC-machine zelfstandig inricht en programmeert.
