Dit is hoe jou takenpakker eruit komt te zien:

  • Als CNC-frezer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het instellen en bedienen van onze CNC-freesmachines. Je vertaalt technische tekeningen naar nauwkeurig afgewerkte werkstukken en ziet erop toe dat alle onderdelen correct en volgens de vereiste normen worden geproduceerd
  • Daarnaast voer je kwaliteitscontroles en maatmetingen uit om de precisie van je werk te garanderen. Je staat in voor het uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud en neemt kleine interventies voor je rekening wanneer er zich storingen voordoen.
  • Heb je ervaring of interesse in programmering, dan kan je ook meewerken aan het voorbereiden en optimaliseren van programma’s, wat een belangrijke meerwaarde betekent voor het team.
  • Tot slot rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de ploegverantwoordelijke en werk je nauw samen met je collega’s om een vlotte en efficiënte productie te verzekeren.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Wij zijn op zoek naar een technisch onderlegde collega met een opleiding in metaalbewerking, CNC of mechanica. Idealiter beschik je over minstens 5 jaar ervaring als CNC-frezer, bij voorkeur met Heidenhain-sturing en Parpas-machines. Dit vormt een sterke troef, al staan we ook open voor gemotiveerde starters die bereid zijn om zich te ontwikkelen binnen ons vakgebied.
  • Kennis van programmeren wordt beschouwd als een belangrijke meerwaarde. Je werkt accuraat en kwaliteitsgericht, en je pakt je taken zelfstandig aan. Tegelijk ben je een echte teamspeler met de nodige leergierigheid om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Omdat we in een internationale omgeving actief zijn, beschik je over een goede kennis van het Nederlands of Frans of Engels.
