Zorg jij ervoor dat onze CNC-machines klaarstaan voor productie? Ben jij technisch sterk, werk je nauwkeurig en haal je voldoening uit het optimaal instellen van CNC-machines? Dan ben jij misschien de CNC Insteller die wij zoeken.

Als CNC Insteller speel je een cruciale rol in ons productieproces. Jij zorgt ervoor dat machines correct ingesteld zijn, het eerste stuk perfect is afgewerkt en onze operatoren vlot aan de slag kunnen. Dankzij jouw vakkennis, oog voor kwaliteit en focus op verbetering loopt onze productie efficiënt en met minimale stilstand.

Als CNC Insteller ben je verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden en instellen van CNC-machines zodat productieorders efficiënt en kwaliteitsvol kunnen worden uitgevoerd. Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Instellen en voorbereiden van CNC-machines, gereedschappen en opspanningen.
  • Programma's optimaliseren en waar nodig aanpassen op basis van technische tekeningen en productiekaarten.
  • Productieorders voorbereiden door de juiste materialen, gereedschappen en documentatie klaar te zetten.
  • Het eerste stuk instellen, meten en controleren op maatvoering en kwaliteit.
  • Het productieproces stabiliseren voordat je het overdraagt aan de operator en uitleg geven over de correcte afwerking.
  • Insteltijden en processen analyseren en verbeteren met oog op efficiëntie en duurzaamheid.
  • Afwijkingen signaleren en rapporteren.
  • Zorgdragen voor een nette en veilige werkplek.
  • De staat van snijgereedschappen volgen en proactief controleren op slijtage.
  • CNC-operatoren ondersteunen en begeleiden waar nodig.
  • Productiegegevens en afwijkingen registreren.
  • Polyvalent inzetbaar binnen verschillende afdelingen.

  • Je hebt ervaring met het instellen van CNC-machines.
  • Je kunt technische plannen lezen en interpreteren.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.

  • Je bent ordelijk en werkt volgens afgesproken procedures.
  • Je communiceert vlot en ondersteunt collega's graag.
