Safran Aircraft Engine Services Brussels is een dochteronderneming van Safran Aircraft Engines, gevestigd op Brussels Airport (Zaventem & Steenokkerzeel, België), gespecialiseerd in de inspectie, het onderhoud en de reparatie (MRO) van de geavanceerde LEAP-straalmotoren die de nieuwste generatie van de Airbus A320NEO & Boeing B737MAX narrow body-families aandrijven.

Het bedrijf is een belangrijke speler in het geïntegreerde internationale MRO-netwerk van CFM. Met meer dan 75 jaar ervaring en tot 20 internationale Part 145-certificeringen (EASA/ FAA/ CAAC/ …) wordt Safran Aircraft Engine Services Brussels erkend als een wereldwijd expertisecentrum in de luchtvervoerssector. Meer dan 100 luchtvaartmaatschappijen, verhuurders, particuliere vliegtuigoperators en MRO-partners hebben hun motoren aan ons bedrijf toevertrouwd. We hebben meer dan 500 deskundige, gepassioneerde en enthousiaste medewerkers in dienst.

Als onderdeel van onze groei (RAMP UP) van LEAP-motoren zijn we op zoek naar Repair/CNC Operators om onze teams te versterken.

Jobomschrijving

Als ervaren CNC-machineoperator houd je toezicht op onze computergestuurde (CNC) machines. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen dat de bewerking van subassemblages, kwaliteitsonderdelen en gereedschappen precies volgens de afmetingen op de technische tekeningen verloopt.

Jouw taken:

  • CNC-machines instellen en bedienen voor het uitvoeren van diverse taken, waaronder boren, slijpen en frezen.
  • Ervoor zorgen dat CNC-machines werken in overeenstemming met de bedrijfsrichtlijnen en veiligheidsnormen.
  • Je houdt toezicht op de machines tijdens het productieproces en voert de nodige aanpassingen uit om de resultaten te optimaliseren.
  • Je inspecteert de machines dagelijks om een goede werking te garanderen.
  • Je registreert alle machineactiviteiten door productie- en kwaliteitslogboeken bij te houden.
  • Je verstrekt nauwkeurige tijdschema’s en updates aan klanten.
  • Je communiceert met de afdeling Methods over eventuele problemen die zich tijdens het bewerkingsproces voordoen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de bewerkingsresultaten voldoen aan de vastgestelde werkomvang en kwaliteitsverwachtingen.
  • Je voert regelmatig beoordelingen en onderhoud uit aan de CNC-machines.

Je profiel:

  • Middelbare schooldiploma of gelijkwaardige kwalificatie vereist.
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als CNC-machineoperator.
  • Vermogen om technische documenten en technische tekeningen te lezen en te interpreteren.
  • Sterk mechanisch inzicht.
  • Uitstekend oog voor detail en een doelgerichte houding.
  • Sterke begrips- en analytische vaardigheden.
  • Kennis van de nieuwste apparatuur en technieken in de sector.
  • Goede computervaardigheden.

Bereidheid om in een 3-ploegendienst te werken
