Je kent CNC-frezen en weet hoe belangrijk een goede voorbereiding en nauwkeurige afwerking zijn. In deze job werk je met hightech freesmachines aan kleine reeksen van complexe aluminium onderdelen. Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen werk en kan tegelijk meedenken over betere resultaten en slimmere werkmethodes.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je stelt CNC-gestuurde freesmachines zelfstandig in en bedient ze.
  • Je werkt kleine reeksen van complexe aluminium onderdelen nauwkeurig af.
  • Je leest technische tekeningen en CNC-programma's om je werk correct uit te voeren.
  • Je controleert zelf de kwaliteit van de gefreesde onderdelen met de juiste meetmiddelen.
  • Je denkt mee over kwaliteitsverbeteringen en optimalisaties van programma's en werkmethodes.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een groeiende technische omgeving waar vakkennis en samenwerking belangrijk zijn. Je werkt samen met collega's in een hecht team met korte communicatielijnen. Dankzij de combinatie van kleine series, complexe aluminium onderdelen en moderne machines blijft je werk technisch uitdagend. De grootste troef? Je krijgt de ruimte om jouw ervaring te gebruiken én mee te denken over hoe het werk nog beter kan.

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding in mechanica of elektromechanica, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het zelfstandig instellen en bedienen van CNC-freesmachines.
  • Je kan mechanische tekeningen lezen en hebt een goede kennis van meettechnieken.
  • Je kan CNC-programma's lezen en wil je hierin verder te verdiepen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, methodisch en veilig en houdt je werkplek ordelijk.
