Ben jij technisch aangelegd, heb je ervaring met metaalbewerking en wil je werken met moderne CNC-technologie? In deze job geef je vorm aan kleine reeksen van complexe aluminiumonderdelen en krijg je de kans om je technische kennis verder uit te bouwen. Je start met een sterk intern opleidingstraject en krijgt ruimte om op termijn door te groeien.

Wat ga je doen? Als CNC-frezer sta je samen met je collega's in voor het zelfstandig instellen en bedienen van CNC-gestuurde freesmachines.

  • Je stelt CNC-freesmachines zelfstandig in en bedient ze.
  • Je freest kleine reeksen van complexe aluminiumdelen.
  • Je controleert zelf de kwaliteit van de afgewerkte onderdelen.
  • Je denkt mee over kwaliteitsverbeteringen en het optimaliseren van programma's.
  • Je leest CNC-programma's of leert dit aan via het interne opleidingstraject.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig volgens mechanische tekeningen en gebruikt verschillende meettechnieken.

Je werkt in een 2-ploegenstelsel.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht bij een groeiend hightechbedrijf dat geavanceerde elektronische en technische oplossingen ontwikkelt voor onder meer de luchtvaart, ruimtevaart, maritieme en medische sector. Met ongeveer 185 medewerkers combineert het bedrijf de korte communicatielijnen en teamspirit van een KMO met de slagkracht van een grotere internationale organisatie.

Je werkt in een moderne productieomgeving waar innovatie en kwaliteit centraal staan en waar je de kans krijgt om met nieuwe hightechapparatuur te werken. Je hebt een technische opleiding A2-(elektro)mechanica of kunt gelijkwaardige ervaring voorleggen. Daarnaast:

  • Heb je ervaring met metaalbewerking en het instellen en bedienen van CNC-freesmachines.
  • Kun je mechanische tekeningen lezen.
  • Heb je een grondige kennis van meettechnieken.
  • Kun je CNC-programma's lezen of bent bereid dit te leren.
  • Werk je nauwkeurig, methodisch en met oog voor kwaliteit, orde en netheid.
  • Sta je open voor nieuwe technologie en hightechapparatuur.
  • Ben je bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken.
  • Beheers je het Nederlands goed.
