Für die weitere Expansion besetzen wir aktuell die Position CNC-Fräser mit Programmierkenntnissen (m/w/d). 1 CNC-Techniker (m/w/d) Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit 40 Wochenstunden

Aufgaben

* Programmierung, Bedienung und Einrichtung von 3-Achs und 5-Achs CNC-Fräsmaschinen

* Fertigung von kundenspezifischen Einzelteilen und Baugruppen

* Eigenständiges Lesen von Zeichnungen

* Überwachung sämtlicher Prozessschritte in der Fertigung

* Laufende Qualitätsüberprüfung und Dokumentation

* Fehlerbehebung und Durchführung von Messtätigkeiten

Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Metallbearbeitung bzw. Zerspanungstechnik oder im Maschinenbau

* Fräserfahrung auf 3- und/oder 5-Achs Bearbeitungszentren (zB Hermle, GF Mikron oder Deckel)

* Steuerungskenntnisse (Siemens Sinumerik, Heidenhain)

* CAD/CAM-Programmiererfahrung von Vorteil

* Fähigkeit, Zeichnungen zu lesen und umzusetzen

* Bereitschaft für 2-Schichtbetrieb

* Genaue und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise

* Selbstständigkeit und hohes Verwantwortungsbewusstsein

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse

Wir bieten
