Als Woo-coördinator ben jij de centrale spil in de afhandeling van Woo-verzoeken. Je ondersteunt en adviseert collega's bij de Woo-verzoeken, je onderhoudt contacten met verzoekers en zorgt voor een efficiënte en correcte afhandeling. Daarnaast begeleid je de implementatie van actieve openbaarmaking, stemt dit af met andere wetten en processen en draagt bij aan een gemeente waarbij de informatiehuishouding gereed is voor de Woo. Je hebt een actieve rol in het vergroten van bewustwording in de organisatie met betrekking tot openbare informatie. Wat ga je doen ? Als Woo-coördinator heb je een breed takenpakket. Als Woo-coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie en zorgvuldige afhandeling van verzoeken op grond van de Wet open overheid (Woo). Je begeleidt het volledige proces van binnenkomst van een Woo-verzoek tot en met de besluitvorming en openbaarmaking van de gevraagde informatie. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met collega's uit verschillende vakafdelingen en onderhoud je contact met verzoekers en eventuele derde-belanghebbenden. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Je behandelt en coördineert Woo-verzoeken, waaronder omvangrijke en complexe verzoeken en bewaakt daarbij de voortgang en wettelijke beslistermijnen. - Je beoordeelt binnengekomen verzoeken op reikwijdte en duidelijkheid en onderhoudt gedurende het proces telefonisch en schriftelijk contact met verzoekers. - Wanneer een verzoek te ruim of onvoldoende duidelijk is geformuleerd, help je de verzoeker, in afstemming met de betrokken vakafdeling, bij het preciseren en afbakenen van het verzoek. - Je zet Woo-verzoeken uit binnen de organisatie en coördineert de zoekslag naar relevante documenten.
