Voor onze afdeling Financiële Administratie zijn wij op zoek naar een Coördinator Team Crediteuren . In deze rol zorg je ervoor dat de crediteurenadministratie efficiënt, correct en tijdig wordt uitgevoerd. Je coördineert de dagelijkse werkzaamheden van het team, bewaakt de kwaliteit van de processen en bent een belangrijke schakel tussen collega's, leveranciers en interne stakeholders. Dit ga je doen Als Coördinator Team Crediteuren ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de crediteurenadministratie. Je zorgt ervoor dat facturen correct worden verwerkt en betalingen tijdig plaatsvinden. Daarnaast denk je actief mee over procesverbeteringen en ondersteun je de ontwikkeling van het team. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Coördineren en plannen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden binnen het team crediteuren. - Bewaken van de voortgang, kwaliteit en tijdigheid van de factuurverwerking. - Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers, leveranciers en interne afdelingen. - Ondersteunen en coachen van teamleden in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden. - Signaleren van knelpunten en initiëren van verbeteringen in processen en systemen. - Zorgdragen voor een correcte uitvoering van betaalruns. - Bewaken van openstaande posten en opvolgen van afwijkingen. - Opstellen van rapportages en managementinformatie. - Bijdragen aan maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen. - Waarborgen van naleving van interne richtlijnen, procedures en wet- en regelgeving.
