Door op de kaart te zetten wie IrisZorg als werkgever is, laten wij enthousiaste professionals kiezen voor onze vacatures Jij ondersteunt de Adviseur Arbeidsmarkt & Recruitment bij het uitvoeren van het arbeidsmarktcommunicatie plan. Jij monitort de voortgang van sollicitatietrajecten en adviseert en denkt mee met coördinatoren bij de beoordeling van sollicitanten. Ook sta je werkzoekenden te woord over wat het betekent om te werken bij IrisZorg Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor een aantal ondersteunende werkzaamheden binnen recruitment en arbeidsmarktcommunicatie. Je onderhoudt contact met coördinatoren in de begeleiding, publiceert en beheert vacatures en bewaakt het overzicht van openstaande vacatures. Je levert input voor social mediakanalen en stelt soms zelf korte berichten op. Ook beheer en actualiseer je nieuwsberichten op de Werken bij website en verzorg je het beheer van de 'Werken bij'-mailbox. Verder volg je leads uit arbeidsmarktcampagnes op en houd je contact met potentiële collega's zorgvuldig bij. Je ondersteunt bij de voorbereiding van arbeidsmarktcommunicatie opnames Je coördineert onze aanwezigheid bij wervingsevents, zoals banenmarkten. De ene keer regel je dat collega's uit de regio IrisZorg daar vertegenwoordigd zijn. De andere keer ben je zelf aanwezig bij events, samen met een collega.
