The posting

Als Coördinator Binnendienst zorg je samen met je collega's dat het dagelijkse orderproces soepel verloopt. Je werkt zelf mee aan de operationele werkzaamheden en houdt tegelijkertijd in de gaten waar prioriteiten liggen, waar knelpunten ontstaan en welke acties nog moeten worden opgepakt.

Komt er een spoedorder binnen, ontbreekt er informatie of dreigt een levering vertraging op te lopen? Dan wacht jij niet af, maar zoek je uit wat er nodig is en zorg je dat de juiste collega's worden aangehaakt.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

- Coördineren en bewaken van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden op de binnendienst; - Verwerken en opvolgen van verkoop- en inkooporders; - Bewaken van levertijden, afspraken en lopende orders; - Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega's bij operationele vragen; - Afstemmen met onder andere verkoop, inkoop, logistiek en administratie; - Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten in het orderproces; - Ondersteunen en begeleiden van collega's bij de dagelijkse werkzaamheden; - Meedenken over slimmere, efficiëntere en meer geautomatiseerde werkprocessen.

Het is nadrukkelijk een meewerkende functie. Je staat dus niet alleen aan de zijlijn om werkzaamheden te verdelen, maar bent zelf onderdeel van de dagelijkse operatie.

Voor deze functie zoeken we vooral iemand die overzicht weet te bewaren en van nature verantwoordelijkheid pakt. Je hoeft niet jarenlang formeel leidinggevende te zijn geweest. Misschien ben jij binnen je huidige team juist degene die nieuwe collega's helpt, problemen oplost of automatisch het voortouw neemt wanneer het druk wordt.

Daarnaast heb je:

- Mbo+ werk- en denkniveau; - Enkele jaren ervaring binnen een commerciële of operationele binnendienst; - Ervaring met orderverwerking, verkoop, inkoop of customer service; - Affiniteit met logistieke en administratieve processen; - Een gestructureerde en nauwkeurige manier van werken; - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden; - Het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen en
