The posting

Onze klant is een wereldwijde speler in de staalindustrie regio Roeselare. Ter uitbreiding van hun team zijn ze op zoek naar een spilfiguur tussen het tekenbureau en de techniekers op de werkvloer in de rol van Coördinator Engineering met volgende taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • opstellen en opvolgen van de planning van projecten en teammedewerkers
  • coördineren en toezien op de uitvoering van de projecten volgens de vooropgestelde afspraken
  • aanspreekpunt tussen het tekenbureau (mechanisch en elektrisch) en de techniekers
  • coachen en verder ontwikkelen van het technisch team op persoonlijk en technisch vlak
  • terugkoppelen van mechanische en elektrische opmerkingen, verbeterpunten en ontwerpfouten naar het tekenbureau in samenspraak met de manager engineering
  • bewaken van kwaliteit, rendement en naleving van de technische specificaties
  • ondersteunen van een vlotte samenwerking tussen interne teams en externe partners
  • waken over veiligheid, orde en netheid op de werkvloer

Je bent een technische bachelor of master of gelijkwaardig door ervaring met brede technische achtergrond.Je hebt reeds ervaring in een leidinggevende of aansturende rol in een technische of industriële omgeving.Je kan planmatig werken en behoudt overzicht in meerdere projecten tegelijk.Je communiceert vlot en weet verschillende partijen op één lijn te brengen.Je bent hands-on, oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief.Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en continue verbetering.
