Coördinator functioneel beheer van subsidie - maatwerksysteem - TenMonks Coördinator functioneel beheer van subsidie - maatwerksysteem Provincie Noord BrabantProvincie Noord Brabant WO Nog 7 dagen Dit ga je doen Stimulus is binnen de provincie verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en uitvoering van een aantal subsidieprogramma's, waaronder de Europese programma's EFRO, JTF en GLB. De programma's worden landelijk uitgevoerd in het systeem Business Central. Om het systeem geschikt te maken teneinde hier subsidieprogramma's in te kunnen uitvoeren is hierop relatief veel maatwerk aangebouwd. Als coördinator functioneel beheer dien je de volgende taken uit te voeren: - Coördinatie IT-helpdesk Vanuit Stimulus wordt de landelijke IT-helpdesk (4,5 FTE) voor meerdere programma's beheerd. Zowel voor de interne gebruikers als de subsidie aanvragers. De helpdesk is verantwoordelijk voor het inrichten en beheren van alle subsidie openstellingen en aanverwante zaken zoals onderliggende workflow en het ontwikkelen van AI-tools. - Aanspreekpunt voor de leveranciers van de Service Level Agreements (SLA's) Hieronder valt het dagelijks aanspreekpunt zijn voor bijvoorbeeld incidenten, beveiligingstaken en updates. Daarnaast het beheer en monitoring naleving van contractvoorwaarden. - Aanspreekpunt voor landelijke IT-audits op basis van de Baseline Informatiebeveiliging Overheid (BIO) uitgevoerd door de Auditdienst Rijk. Tevens het oppakken en coördineren van bevindingen die hieruit volgen. - Opstellen en beheren van het ISMS voor Stimulus. Het beleid dient te voldoen aan de BIO. - Deelname aan landelijke werkgroep ICT In de projectgroep zit een vertegenwoordiging van elk landsdeel. Als lid ben je verantwoordelijk voor het centrale functionele beheer van Business Central.
