The posting

Als coördinator gezinszorg en thuisdiensten sta je mee in voor de dagelijkse organisatie en goede werking van de gezinszorg en poetsdienst. Je ondersteunt, begeleidt en stuurt een team van verzorgenden en poetshulpen aan en zorgt ervoor dat cliënten kunnen rekenen op kwaliteitsvolle en passende hulp aan huis.

Daarnaast bied je ondersteuning aan de sociale dienst. Je werkt nauw samen met de maatschappelijk werkers en ondersteunt hen waar nodig bij de dagelijkse werking en opvolging van de dienstverlening. Zo draag je vanuit een brede sociale betrokkenheid mee bij aan een toegankelijke en kwaliteitsvolle hulpverlening aan onze inwoners.

Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en efficiëntie van de dienstverlening, detecteert lokale noden en behoeften en denkt actief mee na over hoe het aanbod verder kan worden afgestemd op de actuele zorgvraag. Samen met het afdelingshoofd werk je mee aan beleidsvoorbereiding, verbetertrajecten en projecten binnen gezinszorg en thuisdiensten.

  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en werkt tegelijk graag samen met collega's.
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht en speelt in op veranderende noden en situaties.
  • Je werkt correct, discreet en betrokken.

Je bent in het bezit van één van onderstaande diploma's:

  • Master in het sociaal werk;Master in het sociaal werk en sociaal beleid;
  • Master in de pedagogische wetenschappen (afstudeerrichting orthopedagogiek);
  • Master in de agogische wetenschappen;
  • Bachelor in het sociaal-agogisch werk met de titel van maatschappelijk assistent (of gelijkgesteld diploma);Bachelor orthopedagogie;
  • Bachelor sociale re-adaptatiewetenschappen;
  • Bachelor gezinswetenschappen;Bachelor Verpleegkunde - afstudeerrichting Sociale Verpleegkunde.
