Functie

Bij onze klant verpakken ze niet zomaar wat dozen; zij bouwen de houten 'harnassen' voor de meest indrukwekkende machines ter wereld.

Jouw takenpakket

Als Meewerkend Teamleader ben jij de rots in de branding voor onze klant, zowel in onze eigen inpakhal als op locatie bij de klant doorheen heel België.

  • Plannen & Coördineren: Jij zorgt dat de planning strak staat en dat iedereen weet wat hem te doen staat.
  • Teamleading: Je stuurt een ploeg van ongeveer 5 enthousiaste verpakkers aan. Je coacht, motiveert en steekt zelf ook de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Voorbereiding: Je regelt de juiste machines en verpakkingsmaterialen zodat de klus geklaard kan worden.
  • Technisch maatwerk: Je bouwt houten onderstellen en kisten op maat. Je zorgt dat de bodem niet bezwijkt onder die peperdure machine!
  • Problem Solver: Loopt het even anders? Jij denkt in oplossingen, niet in problemen.
  • Kwaliteit & Veiligheid: Je waakt over de orde, netheid en bovenal de veiligheid van je team en de lading.

Profiel

We zoeken geen theoreticus met een dik dossier, maar een collega met ballen en technisch inzicht.

  • Technisch DNA: Je hebt een achtergrond in mechanica of houtbewerking. Ervaring met paneelzagen, lintzagen en nagelpistolen? Dan heb je bij ons een streepje voor.
  • Logistiek talent: Je kunt vlot overweg met een heftruck en rolbrug. Geen attest? Geen paniek, wij regelen die opleiding voor je.
  • Leiderschap met een glimlach: Je hebt bij voorkeur al wat ervaring met het aansturen van mensen of je bent die natuurlijke trekker die nu de volgende stap wil zetten.
  • Communicatief: Je spreekt goed Nederlands en bent een luisterend oor voor je team en een professioneel aanspreekpunt voor de klant.
  • Flexibel & Mobiel: Je vindt het fijn dat elke dag anders is en beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
