Als coördinator van de dienst voor onthaalouders leid je de werking van de dienst voor de zorgregio Mechelen in goede banen. Onze onthaalouders bevinden zich in jouw werkgebied.

Volgende opdrachten behoren tot jouw takenpakket:

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse planning en organisatie van de dienstverlening;
  • Je begeleidt, coacht en motiveert de onthaalouders;
  • Je bent het contactpunt, zorgt voor onthaal en bemiddeling bij de ouders;
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van dossiers en voor de verslaggeving;
  • Je staat detecteert opleidingsnoden en volgt deze mee op;
  • Je staat (mee) in voor de kwaliteit van de geleverde dienstverlening en zorgt voor de toepassing en opvolging van het kwaliteitsbeleid.
  • Je beschikt minstens over een bachelor-diploma, bij voorkeur in een sociale of pedagogische richting; meer informatie over de kwalificatievereisten vind je op: kwalificaties-kinderopvang-schema-vanaf19plaatsen.pdf
  • Kennis hebben van de sector en de verschillende wetgevingen (bv. regelgeving Kind & Gezin) of in staat zijn deze snel op te nemen;
  • Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden en kan je zowel mondeling als schriftelijk vlot uitdrukken. Ook anderstalige ouders kan je te woord staan in het Frans of Engels als dat nodig is;
  • Je bent flexibel in je takenpakket en werktijden (sporadisch avond of weekendwerk);
  • Je hebt een goed leervermogen en bent bereid om permanent bij te leren;
  • Je kan vlot overweg met de belangrijkste MS-Office toepassingen (Word, Excel, Outlook en Powerpoint);
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B en een eigen wagen.
