Voor een groeiend productiebedrijf regio Koekelare zoeken we een Coördinator Technische Dienst die de schakel vormt tussen techniekers, productie en externe partners. Je zorgt ervoor dat technische problemen snel bij de juiste persoon terechtkomen, interventies goed worden opgevolgd en de technische dienst georganiseerd blijft. Wat ga je doen als Coördinator Technische Dienst regio Koekelare?

  • Opstellen van de planning voor de techniekers en de juiste prioriteiten bepalen op basis van urgentie en impact op de productie
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt zijn voor technische meldingen en inschatten welke oplossing of ondersteuning nodig is
  • Interne en externe interventies opvolgen en zorgen voor een duidelijke communicatie met productie en andere betrokkenen
  • Technische documentatie, interventieverslagen en procedures beheren en ervoor zorgen dat kennis binnen het team beschikbaar blijft
  • Voorraad van technische onderdelen opvolgen en bestellingen, leveringen en eventuele externe ondersteuning coördineren
  • Offertes vergelijken en technische partners opvolgen, waarbij je waakt over kwaliteit, kostprijs en een correcte uitvoering

Binnen de technische dienst werk je nauw samen met ervaren techniekers, productie en externe technische partners. De functie is breed en combineert technische opvolging met planning, administratie en aankoop. Je krijgt de ruimte om structuur te brengen, processen verder te verbeteren en ervoor te zorgen dat technische kennis en informatie beter binnen de organisatie worden gedeeld.   • Technische achtergrond of relevante ervaring binnen een technische of productieomgeving
  • Sterk in planning, organisatie en opvolging en behoudt het overzicht wanneer er verschillende zaken tegelijk lopen
  • Voldoende technisch inzicht om problemen correct in te schatten en de juiste prioriteiten te bepalen
  • Je communiceert vlot met techniekers, productie, leidinggevenden en externe partners
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en hebt een praktische, oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid
  • Administratief sterk en je hebt oog voor kwaliteit, efficiëntie en kosten
