Ben jij technisch aangelegd en sterk in planning en organisatie? Als Coördinator Technische Dienst in Zwevegem stuur je de planning en opvolging van onderhoud en technische interventies aan. Je verdiept je in technische meldingen, helpt klanten verder, en coördineert techniekers. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de COO. Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket eruit?

  • Je plant onderhoudsbeurten en technische interventies in en stemt techniekers, regio's en prioriteiten op elkaar af.
  • Je analyseert technische meldingen van klanten en probeert problemen eerst telefonisch op te lossen. Wanneer een bezoek ter plaatse nodig is, plan je de onderhoudsbeurt of technische interventie in en stem je de beschikbaarheid van de techniekers af op de verschillende aanvragen.
  • Je controleert of interventies binnen de garantie vallen en informeert klanten over eventuele kosten.
  • Je volgt werkbonnen, prestaties en dossiers op.
  • Je bewaakt de beschikbaarheid van techniekers en signaleert capaciteitstekorten tijdig.
  • Je analyseert knelpunten en stelt verbeteringen voor om de planning en dienstverlening efficiënter te maken.

Onze klant Je komt als Coördinator Technische Dienst terecht bij een groeiende onderneming in Zwevegem die inzet op een kwalitatieve dienstverlening en een efficiënte organisatie van onderhoud en technische interventies. De technische dienst speelt daarin een belangrijke rol: een correcte inschatting van problemen helpt klanten sneller vooruit en zorgt ervoor dat techniekers hun tijd gericht kunnen inzetten. Jouw praktijkervaring is de basis voor goede beslissingen. Je hoeft technische problemen niet zelf ter plaatse op te lossen, maar gebruikt jouw inzicht om de juiste aanpak te bepalen en klanten gericht te helpen. Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt een sterke technische achtergrond of affiniteit met technische installaties.
  • Je hebt kennis van HVAC, ventilatie, pompen, waterbehandeling of aanverwante technieken.
  • Je bent sterk in planning, organisatie en prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans en legt technische informatie helder uit aan klanten en collega's.
  • Ervaring in technische planning, servicecoördinatie of onderhoud is een plus.
