Voor het Nederlandse Rode Kruis zoeken wij een Coördinator Trainingen. In deze afwisselende functie combineer je klantcontact, planning en administratie. Met jouw werk draag je eraan bij dat organisaties en hun medewerkers goed voorbereid zijn om te handelen in noodsituaties. Omschrijving Als Coördinator Trainingen organiseer je EHBO- en BHV-trainingen voor zakelijke klanten. Je begeleidt aanvragen vanaf het eerste contact tot en met de praktische afstemming en administratieve verwerking. Je bespreekt de wensen van de klant, adviseert over passende cursussen binnen het standaardaanbod en zorgt dat instructeurs, locaties en trainingen op elkaar aansluiten. Daarbij heb je regelmatig te maken met verschillende beschikbaarheden, meerdere trainingslocaties en wijzigingen in de planning. Jij houdt het overzicht, denkt mee over oplossingen en zorgt dat alle betrokkenen weten waar zij aan toe zijn. Is een instructeur niet beschikbaar of sluit de gewenste datum niet aan op de beschikbare capaciteit? Dan onderzoek je de mogelijkheden en stem je een passend alternatief af. Naast het organiseren van trainingen heb je oog voor commerciële kansen. Je herkent aanvullende opleidingsbehoeften en schakelt met accountmanagement wanneer een klant een maatwerkvraag heeft. Ook denk je mee over hoe de dienstverlening en interne processen beter kunnen.
